Born and raised in the steel city of Rourkela, Mohit witnessed the city's transformation from a young age. His early exposure to the urban development challenges and opportunities in tier-2 cities inspired him to pursue a career in real estate. After completing his education, he returned to his hometown with a vision to transform the real estate landscape of Rourkela and other emerging cities.
